1. All Healthbridge Employees must register @ www.rcpals.com for all courses at RCPALS Anaheim or RCPALS San Juan Capistrano locations. 2. All Healthbridge Employees must provide their employee number to qualify for RCPALS courses. 3. All Healthbridge employees must present their ID Badge at course check-in to qualify for CHOC paid classes. 4. All Healthbridge employees must have a current, non expired card to attend renewal classes. You MUST present this card at the beginning of all renewal classes. 5. Clinicians with recently expired cards (less than 30 days past expiration) and current ongoing exposure to pediatric or neonatal resuscitations, may attend a renewal course, but must pay the full provider fee which will not be reimbursed by Healthbridge. 6. If the ECP clinician fails the renewal course there is no remediation and the clinician must attend a full provider course with no exceptions. **Not Reimbursed by Healthbridge** 7. It is highly suggested that providers with limited exposure to pediatric or neonatal resuscitations attend the full 2 day provider course to review and practice these life saving skills. 8. Books are required for admission to all AHA courses. 9. We recommend you purchase your own books. Persistent study improves retention of these life saving skills. AHA books are available through RCPALS at each class. 10. Online BLS renewals are for holders of current, non- expired AHA cards. Healthbridge will not reimburse for online renewals. Fee is $60.00 for online testing and 15 minute skills check at one of our facilities. Call us for more details. 11. Online BLS renewals are only for clinicians with constant exposure and practice in resuscitation environments. 12. Official American Academy of Pediatrics NRP courses are now available online. Online NRP renewal courses and skills check are for clinicians with constant exposure and practice in resuscitation environments. Healthbridge offers NRP classes and will not pay for NRP classes taken at RCPALS,or online classes taken through RCPALS. Our fee for online testing is $125.00 and includes the online testing and skills check at one of our facilities. 13. Please be on time. No students will be admitted to class 15 minutes after the official course time begins. This is also applicable for lunches and breaks. 14. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the course date at the latest. Cancellations may be made by phone or email. 15. All students are allowed to reschedule their course date once free of charge. If a student needs to reschedule their course again a $15 fee will apply. 16.
